Nancy Lee currently serves as a Gender Equality Advisor for the International Olympic Committee (IOC), where she consults on gender equality policies and practices across sport, portrayal, and governance. Her work includes advising the IOC, International Sports Federations, and National Olympic Committees. 

In 2017, she spearheaded a comprehensive gender equality review within the Olympic Movement, which culminated in the adoption of 24 Gender Equality Recommendations aimed at fostering inclusivity across all levels of international sports. 

Prior to her consulting role, Nancy held a pivotal position at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) as the Head of Sport. There, she oversaw CBC Sports programming, managed television production staff, and led negotiations for broadcasting rights for major events including the Olympics, NHL, CFL, MLB, and FIFA, as well as numerous national and world championships. 

Nancy also served as the Chief Operating Officer for Olympic host broadcasting services at the 2010 Olympic & Paralympic Winter Games in Vancouver, marking one of the 14 Olympic and Winter Olympic Games she has been involved with throughout her career.
